In detail, Al-Hammadi stressed that “students’ health is a top priority and a main goal, so all state institutions cooperate to preserve it, ”stressing that the ministry has developed a package of integrated preventive measures that are followed inside and outside educational institutions to protect students, starting from home and passing by their presence on buses. The minister added that a hybrid education system has been implemented, which mixes real and distance learning, and the students ’attendance will be temporary, so that the attendance rate is currently limited to 25% of those who wish to study in a realistic manner, and after two weeks it rises to 50%, then to 75%, then To 100% of realistic education for wishing students.

Al-Hammadi added, "To ensure the effective implementation of this strategy, we were keen on educating and training those concerned in educational institutions, and we provided monitoring and inspection methods in educational institutions."
