In the country's socio-economically vulnerable areas, there are several initiatives that are intended, for example, to help young adults get into work.

But when the investments are closed down after a couple of years, a form of project fatigue is created. 

- This is exactly what makes young people lose confidence in those in power.

That we have many more who do not know ownership of places, says Victoria Escobar, co-founder of Changer's hub. 

Stig Westerdahl, professor of business administration at Malmö University, has recently contributed to a book that deals with the initiatives that can work in vulnerable areas. 

- There is nothing to suggest that short-term projects can solve the basic problems that residents in vulnerable areas experience. Those dealing with unemployment, overcrowding and poverty. That is what these long-term political initiatives must focus on, he says.
