Mohammed bin Zayed and the Prime Minister of Greece discussed by phone the two countries' relations and regional developments

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today received a phone call from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, during which they discussed the distinguished bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and Greece and the possibilities for upgrading them to broader levels that enhance Their mutual interests in all areas.

His Highness and the Prime Minister of Greece touched on a number of regional and international issues of concern to the two countries, foremost of which is the latest developments in the situation in the Mediterranean region.

In this context, the two sides affirmed the consensus of Emirati-Greek views and visions regarding the necessity of working to find peaceful settlements to the conflicts and crises witnessed by a number of countries in the region, supporting diplomatic endeavors and solutions to achieve the aspirations of their peoples for peace and prosperity and enhance regional and global security and stability.
