Investigative Committee began checking on the fact of an accident with a bus in Penza

The check is carried out under Part 1 of Art.

238 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life or health of consumers").

As part of the check, the investigators intend to examine the technical condition of the bus.

Earlier in Penza, ten people were injured in a collision of a passenger bus with a light tower.
