New performance for BTS: The kings of K-pop are the first 100% South Korean group to top the charts in the United States with their new hit "Dynamite", Billboard magazine reported on Monday.

Released on August 21, for the first time entirely in English, their last song dethrones "WAP", a very daring hit from New York rapper Cardi B with Megan Thee Stallion, and confirms the global success of this "Boys band" formed by J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Suga and V.

Sunday, the famous "Boys band" had already beaten many heavyweights of American music by winning the award for Best Pop Song, at the MTV Music Video Awards ceremony.

To rise to the top of the "Hot 100" chart, which includes all genres of music, "Dynamite" reached some 33.9 million streams in the United States in one week, with 300,000 units sold.

In March, BTS had already reached No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “On”.

The group had also already found three times at the top of the weekly ranking of the 200 best-selling albums in the United States (streaming included), also compiled by Billboard.
