“Today, August 30, 135 Russian citizens were taken out of Kyrgyzstan by Aeroflot on the Bishkek-Moscow route,” the diplomatic mission said.

Kharchenko added that an S7 airline also operated a flight from Bishkek to Novosibirsk, with the help of which 128 people were taken out.

In total, during the pandemic, within the framework of agreements between the authorities of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, about 20 thousand citizens of the two countries were returned to their homeland.

Earlier, the number of cases of coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan reached 43,820.
