The opposition together gets 50.3% of the vote, the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) - 33%, the Center for Monitoring and Research (CEMI) NGO reported.

Earlier it was reported that the turnout was a record 75.9%.

11 parties and coalitions fought for 81 seats in the unicameral parliament. 

The elections are the 11th in a row since the introduction of a multi-party system in the country.
