In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Joseph Kabila's Common Front for Congo (FCC) is very concerned about this affair. The conference of FCC presidents expresses its concern to see these urban militias multiply.
Groups of outlaws have also been identified in Kasumbalesa, in Haut-Katanga province. " They seriously undermine the rule of law, democracy and the security of goods and people, " says the FCC, which says it fears that this will lead to a situation of non-state. Joseph Kabila's political family demands a careful and thorough investigation.
