In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Joseph Kabila's Common Front for Congo (FCC) is very concerned about this affair. The conference of FCC presidents expresses its concern to see these urban militias multiply.

Groups of outlaws have also been identified in Kasumbalesa, in Haut-Katanga province. They seriously undermine the rule of law, democracy and the security of goods and people,  " says the FCC, which says it fears that this will lead to a situation of non-state. Joseph Kabila's political family demands a careful and thorough investigation.

Already, after the dismantling of this group known as the militiamen of the UDPS [Union for Democracy and Social Progress], the President of the Republic had instructed the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Interior and security to put a put an end to this anarchic situation and to put “  these inciviques out of harm's way  ”.

The leaders of political parties must know how to keep their activists on a leash  ", explained President Félix Tshisekedi. The Head of State stressed that this unusual phenomenon of a few individuals who, under the guise of their real or supposed membership of this or that other party in the ruling coalition, engage in illegal activities, is visible in several cities. of the country, such as Bukavu, Kasumbalesa, Kinshasa or Matadi.
