The collapse of a building that housed a restaurant in China on Saturday caused 29 deaths , according to a new balance, and search operations through the rubble ended Sunday morning.
The tragedy occurred in Xiangfen, in the province of Shanxi (north), when the birthday of an octogenarian was celebrated in the restaurant, according to the Xinhua agency, which quotes the authorities.
A total of 57 people were pulled from the rubble of the Juxian restaurant, including dozens of injured. According to Xinhua, seven people are seriously injured.
