29 August 2020Slight drop in coronavirus infections in Italy: 1,444 (compared to 1,462 yesterday) in the last 24 hours. Only one victim, however, after 9 am yesterday, for a total of 35,473. New record of tampons reaching 100,000 (99,108), according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Lombardy: 289 cases and zero deaths, +13 hospitalizations
Today in Lombardy 289 cases of coronavirus have been recorded, of which 38 'weakly positive' and 9 following serological tests, and zero deaths. In total, the deaths remain 16,860 since the beginning of the epidemic. Swabs performed were 18,701 (overall total: 1,574,104), while 98 healed / discharged (the total is 76,200, of which 1,266 discharged and 74,934 recovered). Intensive care patients rose by one unit (total 18), while hospitalizations rose by 13 (185). These are the daily data on the daily coronavirus epidemic, provided by the Lombardy Region. Yesterday, compared to 19,721 swabs carried out, 316 positives and 3 deaths were recorded.

It is the province of Milan with 140 cases that has the most new positives. Only in the capital city 86 were diagnosed. The province of Brescia follows with 35 patients, then Monza and Brianza at 27. Bergamasco is at 18 new positives, precedes the province of Como at 14. Varese is at 10, Pavia and Lecco at 8, Mantua at 7, Cremona at 5 and Lodi at 3. The province of Sondrio alone is zero contagion.

Lazio, 13,000 swabs and 171 positives
In Lazio to date there are 2,882 positive cases of Covid-19, with 293 hospitalized, in addition to 8 patients in intensive care, while 878 have died. There are 2,581 patients in home isolation, while 7,127 are cured and the total number of cases examined is equal to 10,887. This was reported by the regional health department on social media.

"Out of 13 thousand tampons in Lazio today, 171 cases are recorded, of these 103 are in Rome and zero deaths. A prevalence of return cases is confirmed (about 60%) and with links from Sardinia (about 40%). In the ASL Roma 1 there are 32 cases in the last 24 hours and of these sixteen cases of return, fourteen with links from Sardinia, one from Spain and one from Greece. Eight are contacts of
already known and isolated cases .

In the ASL Roma 2 there are 55 cases in the last 24 hours and among these twenty-six cases of return, seventeen with links from Sardinia, two from Sicily, two from Molise, one from Campania, one
from Abruzzo, one from Greece, one from Croatia and one from France. There are eight positive cases already in isolation.

In the ASL Roma 3 there are 16 cases in the last 24 hours and among these twelve are returning, ten with links from Sardinia, one from Puglia and one from Sicily. A case identified in the
pre-hospitalization phase .

In the ASL Roma 4 there are 8 cases in the last 24 hours and among these three with links from Sardinia and five are contacts of already known and isolated cases.

In the ASL Roma 5 there are 7 cases in the last 24 hours and there are four cases with links from Sardinia, one from Sicily and one from Tenerife (Spain).

In the ASL Roma 6 there are 16 cases in the last 24 hours and of these nine with links from Sardinia, one from Sicily, two from India and one from Campania. Two are contacts of already known and isolated cases. In the provinces there are 37 cases and zero deaths in the last 24 hours.

In the ASL of Latina there are eighteen return cases, six with links from Sardinia, one from Argentina, one from Spain, one from India, one from Albania, one from Romania, one from Tuscany and one from Marche. Four cases have links to a known and isolated cluster.

In the Frosinone ASL there are ten cases and of these one with links from Sardinia, six from Puglia and one from Emilia-Romagna.

In the ASL of Viterbo there are five cases and it is a case with links from Sardinia and four contacts of cases already known and isolated.

In the ASL of Rieti there are four cases and they are all with links from Sardinia.
