“If we need international mediation in the negotiations, we, of course, see Russia as one of the participants in this process,” the Euronews TV channel quoted Tikhanovskaya as saying.
She noted that Russia is "a country with which we are friends."
The former presidential candidate also stressed that Russia and Belarus have close relations.
Earlier, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya said in an interview with the French newspaper Monde that it was not yet time to talk with Russia.
