Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko announced today, Thursday, that the authorities began distributing the anti-corona vaccine to medical institutions in Moscow as part of post-registration tests.

"We have started distributing the first quantities of the vaccine as part of the clinical trials of the third stage," Murashko said in an interview with reporters.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Health issued a license to the Gamalia Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, allowing it to initiate post-registration tests for the vaccine.

According to the ministry's data, the vaccine enables the formation of immunity against the virus that causes "Covid-19" for a period of up to two years.

The vaccine passed clinical tests in June and July, and the Ministry of Health pledged to publish the results of its tests.

It is reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on August 11 that Russia had registered the first vaccine against the Corona virus in the world.
