The facts took place on May 21. The mayor of Spay, a town of about 3,000 inhabitants, intervened with a small group located on a bathing site whose access was prohibited because of the sanitary context.

Punches and kicks

The second, on the other hand, who kicked the victim in the thigh, could be identified ”. At the end of his police custody, the identified man was therefore sentenced this Friday to "ten months' imprisonment, including six months with a probationary suspension, including in particular the obligation to perform Interest Work. General (TIG) of 140 hours for the benefit of the community, ”said the prosecution.

A previous suspended sentence pronounced in 2018 is revoked "up to five months" and the "nine months of imprisonment will be executed in the form of a modification of sentence under electronic bracelet", specifies the prosecution. Living in Allonnes, "the person concerned has already been the subject of three convictions, for refusal to comply, contempt, and provocation to rebellion".
