Earlier, Ilya Kiva, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, said that representatives of nationalist organizations fired on a bus carrying members of the Patriots For Life public movement on the Kiev-Kharkov highway. 

The police opened a case under the article "Hooliganism". The Sirena police operation was introduced in the region.

Later it became known that after the attack on the bus in the Kharkiv region, 14 people were detained.
