Reopening nurseries in Abu Dhabi while adhering to health measures

The Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi announced the procedures for reopening nurseries in the emirate, which include conducting inspection visits to ensure compliance with health procedures, obtaining a no-objection certificate from the department, and conducting compulsory virtual training for all workers on procedures for dealing with Covid-19.

The department clarified that the nurseries will operate at a specific low capacity, providing care for children in a small group system, and the number of each group does not exceed 10 children. Children and workers must undergo daily health checks and temperature checks, in addition to periodic inspection visits to ensure that the nurseries adhere to the required health procedures.
