"In the city of Barnaul, a serviceman of the Strategic Missile Forces was detained, who was collecting and transferring to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine information constituting a state secret," RIA Novosti quotes the agency.

As specified, under the article "High treason" he could face up to 20 years in prison.

The suspect is in custody. Details are not provided.
