  According to reports, Fukusai was born in Shimozuma City, Ibaraki Prefecture in 1910. He served as the principal of Shimozu Xiaoyou Kindergarten until 2015, and began hospitalization in late July of the same year. On April 14, 2020, Fauci became the oldest male in Japan.
