　　According to reports, Fukusai was born in Shimozuma City, Ibaraki Prefecture in 1910. He served as the principal of Shimozu Xiaoyou Kindergarten until 2015, and began hospitalization in late July of the same year. On April 14, 2020, Fauci became the oldest male in Japan.

　　The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan stated that with the death of Fushiki, Ueda Kanzo, who lives in Nara City, Nara Prefecture, has become the oldest male in Japan.
