His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, directed the implementation of a flexible work policy in the departments, authorities and institutions of the Dubai government, regarding female employees who follow their children while receiving distance education, starting from the beginning of next week, and coinciding with the start of The new school year, in order to ensure the provision of a supportive atmosphere for the family at this stage, and to enable working women to provide the necessary care and support for their children to pursue distance education, in a way that guarantees them the highest levels of educational attainment.

Crown Prince of Dubai:

- «Allowing employees to work remotely who do not have someone who follows their children's studies during the days of distance education, according to specific controls.

According to the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai, every government agency will allow this category of female employees to work remotely from home, according to a set of clear controls and requirements, which include: That the job is one of the jobs that can be performed remotely, and in a manner that does not negatively affect The proper functioning of the government agency, and that the school stage in which the son or daughter studies is from Kindergarten to the ninth grade, and that female employees are allowed to work remotely based on a study schedule approved by the school, and only during the days that children receive distance education .

His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai also directed that, taking into account the special cases of employees, who do not have anyone who follows their children's studies during the days of distance education, to allow them to work remotely to follow their children in their studies, and during their lessons through distance learning, in accordance with the specified criteria.
