A witness from the Dubai Police said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, that the operation room received a report stating that there was a dead body lying on the public road, and by moving to the place of the communication and following up on the incident, the identity of the accused was reached, and it was found that he was sitting with the victim and others, including two women and a third friend, using Alcoholic drinks, and in the meantime people who have the nationality of another country attended, and tried to steal the victim, the accused and their companions, but the first confronted them and managed to deport them until they fled the scene.
The defendant stated in the inference report that an altercation occurred between him and his friend (the victim) after the escape of those people, and the matter developed into a fist fight, and on his part he tried to flee from his friend who followed him and hit him with a wooden stick on his back, then turned his back to him dismissively, so he drew a knife and stabbed him from Al-Khalaf, he fled the scene as soon as the victim fell and thought that he had lost consciousness, then returned later with two women who were accompanying him to give him first aid, and tried to wake him up, but he did not respond.
The witness from the Dubai Police stated that the crime tool was seized at the residence of the first accused, who guided them to its place, and admitted that he used it to stab his friend, then washed it before hiding it so that it did not have traces of blood.
For his part, a forensic doctor affiliated to the General Department of Criminal Evidence in Dubai Police said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution that the first report was not about a murder, but when examining the body of the victim, he saw a permeable cut wound that cut the back muscles, left kidney and pancreatic tissue.
