Japan's Prime Minister Abe will hold a press conference at 5 pm today at the Tokyo Prime Minister's residence.

It was only 20 days after the press conference held in Nagasaki right after the ceremony to commemorate the victims of the atomic bomb on the 9th.

At a press conference today, Prime Minister Abe will announce additional measures for the Japanese government's coronavirus, including measures to support medical institutions that have fallen into business crisis due to the coronavirus outbreak and expand infection testing.

However, Japanese media attention is focused on Prime Minister Abe's current state of health.

On the 17th and 24th, an unprecedented visit to the hospital twice a week was reported, and there was an article in a leading weekly magazine stating that the health disorder spread and ulcerative colitis, a chronic disease, recurred and became ineffective.

In a media interview yesterday, Japanese government spokesman Suga said in a media interview that Prime Minister Abe has no problems with his health and that he can complete his term until September next year.

However, there are disagreements within the ruling Liberal Democratic Party on the health status of Prime Minister Abe and the direction of the future administration of the government, so it is noteworthy what the Prime Minister himself will explain at the press conference today.
