North Korea's Chosun Joongang TV reported that a strong wind accompanied by a lot of rain is blowing in the area of ​​Hwanghaenam-do this morning.

TV showed scenes where the trees were broken when a strong wind of more than 20m per second was blown in Ongjin-gun, South Hwanghae Province, about 100km away from the strong wind radius of the typhoon.

Around 4 a.m., trees around Yongyeon Peninsula, South Hwanghae Province, were broken and staggered.

Ongjin-gun People's Committee Chair Lee Myung-cheol said, "A strong wind is blowing in some areas along the southern coast of the West Sea, including Ongjin-gun, Gangryeong-gun, Haeju-si, South Hwanghae Province.

North Korea predicts that Bobby will be closest to the capital Pyongyang around 9 am.

Chosun Central Broadcasting said, "It is predicted that a strong wind of 15 to 20 meters per second will blow in Pyongyang City from 6 am to 12 pm."

As a result of the impact, it was reported that a lot of rain over 100 to 150 mm, accompanied by heavy rains, would fall in various areas of Pyeonganbuk-do, Nampo-si, Hwanghae-nam-do, and Hamgyeong-nam-do and some areas of Pyongan-nam-do, Jagang-do and Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the Meteorological and Hydrological Bureau, the North Korean Meteorological Administration, issued a big flood (flood) warning in major rivers and rivers such as the Cheongcheon River and the downstream areas of the Yalu River, and the Daedong River Geumseong Lake that penetrates Pyongyang.

North Korea has organized a special typhoon broadcast since yesterday, and continued this morning as well.

The flood warning was repeatedly notified through the subtitles at the bottom even while movies were being broadcast outside of the special time.
