The issuance of a decision regarding the natural return in all areas of Umm Al Quwain to before the period of the ban
The Executive Council of the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain issued a decision regarding the natural return in all areas of the emirate to before the period of the ban measures due to the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
Resolution No. 14 of 2020 stipulated the normal return to all activities excluded in previous decisions and other activities determined by the Executive Council in coordination with the competent authorities, with full commitment to health and preventive instructions and social distancing, and to ensure the highest risk groups of infection, especially the elderly and the injured. The decision also emphasized the continuation of social distancing measures in public places at all times, as well as gatherings for social purposes, such as weddings, funerals, and others.
All the aforementioned procedures are subject to periodic evaluation and review by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, and the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, to consider extending any stage or returning to taking strict precautionary and preventive measures as required by health data.
