In his press release, Fremantle announced that he was following all the medical recommendations required to be able to resume filming as soon as possible. This is a new blow for M6 since three weeks ago, the shooting of the "Best pastry chef" had also been interrupted after the detection of several cases of Covid.

No filming canceled for the moment for the C8 channel, but a financial balance difficult to achieve.

This Tuesday, the magazine "Capital" unveiled the 2019 accounts of the chain. The results are not rosy since the turnover has eroded by 2% to 106 million euros and the channel has recorded losses of 48 million euros. C8 has implemented a big savings plan. She began by parting with two of her most expensive programs, "Salut les Terrens" and "Les Terriens du dimanche", both shows by Thierry Ardisson. Between them, they cost more than 13 million euros per year. The chain also cut its workforce by nearly a third, but that was not enough.
