25 August 2020In the summer of the Covid-19 pandemic, attention remains high not only to protect oneself from the risk of contagion, but to extricate oneself from the jungle of measures adopted by the government and regions for returns from holidays. The rules, not always easy to access, are constantly updated according to the progress of the epidemic, the regions often move in no particular order and different protocols are recorded even among the individual ASLs of the same city. Citizens complain of widespread confusion, difficulty in following the directions and it is not uncommon for many to decide to give up traveling in the month of their holidays in order not to risk isolation on their return.

RETURN FROM SARDINIA
Those who have stayed in Sardinia must swab within 48 hours. The Lazio Region has indicated 20 drive-ins in the capital, others at the port of Civitavecchia or directly at the airports - Fiumicino and Ciampino - where tests are available with a response in 30 minutes. Tests also available in the Lombard airports of Malpensa and Milan Linate, and since yesterday in the Bologna airport. In Naples, those who return get in line at the Cotugno Hospital; in Liguria, despite the increase in the number of infected people returning from Sardinia to the port of Genoa, the governor opposed the obligation to swab. In Turin there is a queue at the Amedeo di Savoia Hospital.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE GETTING IN LINE TO THE DRIVE IN
To have access to the tampon in most regions it is advisable to have the examination prescribed by the attending physician, who will inquire about suspicious contacts and send the information to the competent ASL. Anyone who swabs after suspicious contact will be placed in quarantine for 14 days, when they perform the second swab. Only in the event that it is negative for the second time can it come out of isolation.

FROM AND TO SARDINIA
There is still no agreement, but at the table of the Ministry of Health, the regions and the government will meet shortly to establish how to manage the tests for those who leave and for those who arrive in Sardinia

RETURN FROM CROATIA, SPAIN, GREECE AND MALTA

Pending the test, you must observe fiduciary isolation at your home. Those who land in Italian airports, where kits with quick swabs are provided, can perform it after disembarking.
