Egon Knutsson lives outside Klässbol in Arvika and since he is in a wheelchair, he is dependent on help from relatives, neighbors and above all the home care service that comes seven times a day. There will be many visitors and since the pandemic broke out, he has counted on 31 different people from the home care service alone.

"It's incomprehensible"

Egon's vulnerability and concern about the virus meant that the relative Sigurd Bengtsson provided a layer of mouth protection for all visitors, but to their great surprise, the home care service is not allowed to use the protection, even though they are approved.

- It is incomprehensible, says Sigurd Bengtsson.

Meet Sigurd and Egon in the clip and hear the care and nursing manager, Eva Nilsson's explanation.
