“An individual personal account of the insured person (ILSZL) is opened for each participant of the system. It presents the personal data of citizens from general to professional, including an electronic work book from 2020, ”the message says.

Often, as noted in the department, one pensioner can have several such accounts with the same assigned number (SNILS), which leads to certain problems when calculating payments.

"In this case, the accounts must be combined, and the pension is calculated based on contributions for all accounts," the statement says.

The Accounts Chamber said that violations of pension rights were identified in 53% of the verified cases.

“The fund has united the accounts of almost 90 thousand pensioners. To exclude violations, the assigned pensions of these pensioners must be additionally checked and appropriate additional payments made, ”the text says.

In addition, problems were identified with updating the system data, in which changes in a person's life are not always "reflected in a timely manner on the personal account in the Pension Fund."

Earlier, the head of the Accounts Chamber of Russia, Alexei Kudrin, reported to President Vladimir Putin that the joint venture in 2020 revealed budget violations for 50 billion rubles.
