The facts occurred Friday evening, more precisely at 10:10 p.m., rue Ettoré-Bugatti in Ostwald (Bas-Rhin), at the corner of Chemin de la Colonie according to the police. A tandem leaving a cycle path was struck by a motorist driving at high speed. The motorist did not stop. Cyclists, injured, suffer from trauma to the head.
