The forum identified several requirements for hybrid education, and divided them into two groups. The first is technical requirements, which include the availability of infrastructure, the needs of the learner from various sources, the availability of virtual classes alongside the traditional classes, so that they complement each other, the availability of software for managing e-learning, and the availability of tools and means that Used in simulation experiments.
The second group is «simultaneous e-learning», which are requirements related to students, and includes participation in the educational process effectively, electronic or face-to-face communication, dealing with information technology, cooperation and interaction with the teacher and colleagues, achieving educational goals, dialogue and discussion during lectures and classes, and dealing with sources Learning different, print and electronic.
The Sixth Arab Gulf Forum, sponsored by the Minister of Education, Hussein Al Hammadi, comes under the slogan "Hybrid Learning", through direct training through the "Microsoft Teams" program, and the electronic training platform "Learning curve". It targets 23,000 teachers of all disciplines and different grades. And seminars in public schools. The training expanded this year to include training for teachers of private schools that apply the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, bringing the total to more than 33,000 male and female teachers nationwide, 2,000 school leaders, and 2,000 support jobs.

And how to achieve the graceful transformation of hybrid education, the effective employment of educational platforms in hybrid learning, and expectations from the application of hybrid learning in improving the quality of the Emirati school outputs.
The CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, Dr. Ali Sabaa Al-Marri, said: “Education did not stop in the UAE during the crisis, and we were an example for other countries, and distance education continued. Rather, education focused on the quality of educational outcomes in the Emirati school system, and the state has adopted technologies. During the "Digital Quality of Life" session, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Curricula and Assessment Sector, Dr. Hamad Al-Yahyai, explained that "the quality of digital life" when providing education with the hybrid learning methodology deals with designing the interactive curriculum as one of the most important axes of the quality of digital life in hybrid education, and proposes what it will add. Hybrid education that involved all elements of the educational process with an influential communicative role, indicating that hybrid learning is an integrated global system, in which everyone plays an important role, the student, teacher and parent.
