FC Barcelona’s new head coach Ronald Koeman has informed the phone by star striker Luis Suárez by phone that this is not part of his plans for the first season. This is what Spanish sources say.

According to Marca, Suárez has said he wants to stay in Barcelona, but in light of recent information, this seems unlikely.

Suárez made his international breakthrough in Ajax during the 2007-2011 seasons. The Uruguayan then represented Liverpool before moving to Barcelona in autumn 2014.
Suárez has won the Spanish Championship four times in Barcelona and the Champions League once.
