From March 16, Swedish Radio chose to take a strict stance to minimize the risk of spreading infection in the office. Only sending staff have access to the office and other staff must work from home.

Emma Isberg had just gotten a job at P3 Nyheter and had only been in the office in Luleå for two months.

- Now I have soon sat more at home than I have been in the office, she says.

Can pick up company car without human contact

She has a computer, tape recorder, headphones and selfie stick at home. The selfie stick is used to keep a distance from those she interviews. If she needs to use a company car, it is arranged so that she only needs to pass the job's garage to get the car key and equipment - all to minimize the risk of infection.

To cope with everyday life, when the boundary between home and work is blurred, a desk and chair are important, just like taking breaks, Emma Isberg thinks.

On Wednesday, the news came that the teleworking on Swedish Radio will continue until January 7 - only sending staff have access to the office and other staff will work from home.

See Emma's reaction to the continued isolation, and hear her tell about how she will cope with the autumn when darkness creeps in, in the clip.
