Barcelona new coach Ronald Koeman started the campaign to eliminate the team and get rid of some players by informing Luis Suarez and then Arturo Vidal that they are out of the team in the new season.
The Spanish newspaper MARCA reported that Koeman told the players to look for a new team, especially since their contract is still extended with Barcelona, indicating that they could be used as a card in the exchange process with other teams.
The newspaper said that in the coming hours, Koeman will speak to the rest of the players who are not wanted in their stay at the Camp Nou, headed by Ivan Rakitic, Samuel Umtiti and Junior Verbo, who are confirmed to have left, knowing this.
Marca indicated that some of the big stars are not safe from leaving either, such as Sergio Busquets, Sergi Roberto and Gerard Pique, all of whom are likely to receive a call from Coman telling him that the club has dispensed with his services as well, as they realize that almost the entire team is up for sale.
