The law on individual tariffs for compulsory motor third party liability insurance came into force in Russia

The text of the law was published on the official portal of legal information.

It is noted that the following factors will affect the price of the MTPL policy: driving accuracy, compliance with the rules for operating a car, as well as fines for driving while intoxicated.

In addition, insurers will be able to determine other factors on which the cost of the document will depend.
