Two men who got on the bus together had started fighting. When the bus driver, a man in his 60s, tried to interrupt, he was beaten with kicks and blows.
- The bus driver gets one or more people against him and is quite badly beaten, says Thomas Agnevik, police region East.

The police called an ambulance and the driver was taken injured to hospital.
- We have not been able to elicit suspicions to the degree required for an arrest. but we hope for surveillance footage.
A passenger, a boy in his late teens, was also beaten and sought medical attention for his own machine.
The police have not been able to investigate exactly what happened, but are conducting an investigation and hope that witnesses and surveillance footage will point out the perpetrators.
