23 August 2020 Traffic situation constantly updated, with sudden slowdowns and queues due to intense traffic and incidents of little importance in terms of consequences for people, but with important repercussions on the fluidity of traffic. Viabilità Italia reports this.

The limitation to the circulation of commercial vehicles with a total mass at full load exceeding 7.5t is still active until 22.00, with the exception of authorized transports and those directed or coming from abroad.

The main criticalities are recorded in the following locations:
A1: queues at times between Terre di Canossa-Campegine and the A1 / A15 junction, towards Milan, due to roadworks;
A1: queues at times between Valdichiana and Junction A1-Variante, with greater inconvenience in the Florence junction, and 3 km of queue between Magliano Sabina and Orte, due to an accident, towards Bologna;
A1: 1 km queue between Capua and Caianello, heading north, due to roadworks;
A30: 2 km queue at the Salerno barrier, towards Naples, due to heavy traffic;
A16: 3 km queue between Vallata and Grottaminarda, towards Naples, due to roadworks; further east, 1 km queue between Lacedonia and Vallata to reduce the carriageway;
A12: queue of 2 km between East Genoa and the A12 / A7 junction, towards the west, due to roadworks; queues at times between the junctions of Viareggio and La Spezia, due to intense traffic, always heading west, towards
Genoa;
A26: slowed traffic with sometimes queues between the A26 / A10 junction and Masone, heading north, due to heavy traffic;
A10: 2 km queue for heavy traffic between Pietra Ligure and Figlino, in the direction of Savona;
A6: 3 km queue between Savona and Altare, due to a construction site, in the direction of Turin;
A15: very intense traffic with queues at times for 3 km towards Parma and the connection with the A1;
A14: queues at times towards Bologna, towards the north, between Bologna Borgo Panigale and the junction with the A1, between Cesena north and Imola and between Vasto north and Porto Sant'Elpidio, due to
heavy traffic ; queues on the A14dir between Ravenna and the junction with the A14 due to heavy traffic;
A22: 4-kilometer queue in Carpi to join the A1, towards Modena, due to heavy traffic; in the same direction slowdowns due to intense traffic between South Bolzano and
Affi; in the opposite direction, towards the Brenner Pass, slowed traffic with traffic jams at times between Rovereto south and Trento north.
