He pointed out that Dubai Police has currently raised the number of services provided by the self-service project to employees on Kiosk devices, from 21 services (available since the start of the project last year), to 34 services by the end of the first half of 2020, and will reach 60 services by the end of This year, he confirmed that 97 services will be provided by the end of next year, as part of the self-service project for employees, provided that this is in conjunction with the provision of all human resources services on the smart application.

He added that, since the launch of the self-service project in May of last year, the number of transactions of Dubai Police employees through Kiosk devices reached 17,400 transactions, and that the employees submitted them through all the available devices at the headquarters of the General Command, public administrations and police stations at the emirate level. The director of the employee self-service project, Captain Shehab Abdul Rahim Shaaban Ahli, explained that submitting the transaction on Kiosk devices requires only the use of an ID card, or through the eligibility for single entry, and then choosing the type of service that the employee wants to obtain, and within minutes it will get on her.

And he indicated that 15 Kiosk devices were distributed in the Dubai Police General Headquarters building, in the smart police station (SPS), at the external reception of the Dubai Police General Headquarters, the General Administration for Security of Authorities, Facilities and Emergencies, the Dubai Police Academy, the General Administration of Airport Security Building, and the Administration General Punishment and Correctional Institutions, the Officers Club, and seven police stations across the emirate.
