The number of infections continues to rise. In the last 24 hours, 845 new cases have been registered, which is 203 more than yesterday (the total cases rise to 256,118). There are 6 deaths, 1 more than yesterday, with the total rising to 35,418. The healed are 180 more (204,686 the total). There are 16,014 currently positive for oronavirus in Italy, with an increase of 654 people compared to yesterday, of these 883 are hospitalized with symptoms, 68 are in intensive care (yesterday they were 66) and 15,063 in home isolation. The swabs carried out in the last 24 hours are 77,442, for a total of 7,790,596. This was announced by the Ministry of Health.

Today, no region is Covid-free. The region with the highest number of new cases is Veneto with 159, followed by Lombardy with 154 and Lazio with 115. The least affected are Valle D'Aosta with one case, Basilicata with 2 and the province of Trento , Abruzzo and Molise with 4.

Lombardia
Contagions continue to increase in Lombardy where 154 new positive cases are recorded. Two deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 16,846. These are the data communicated by the Lombardy Region, which underlines that the healed and discharged increase (+51, bringing the total to 75,449, of which 1,285 discharged and 74,164 recovered) and there is no contagion in Pavia. The swabs made are 13,757, for a total of 1,446,233. There are two more hospitalized in intensive care than yesterday, for a total of 16, while the hospitalized not in intensive care are 155 (+4). On a provincial basis, 47 new cases are registered in Milan, of which 26 in Milan city; in Bergamo 27; in Brescia 23; in Como 12; in Cremona 3; in Lecco 2; at Lodi 2; in Mantua 18; in Monza and Brianza 7; in Sondrio 3; in Varese 6 and no one in Pavia.

In addition to the 17-year-old from Albano Sant'Alessandro (Bergamo), a 36-year-old, with no previous pathologies, is also admitted to the ICU hospital in Milan. 

Veneto
The surge in infections for Covid continues. There are 845 new cases registered in the last 24 hours: 203 more than the 642 of the previous day. Six deaths compared to 7 registered on Wednesday for a total of 35,418 deaths. Tampons are also growing: 77 thousand, about 6 thousand more than yesterday. In Veneto (+159), Lombardy (+154) and Lazio (+115) the greatest increases in infected people. These are the figures from the Ministry of Health.

Lazio
"Today in Lazio there are 115 cases and one death. Of these 73% are imported cases and 37% are from returns to Sardinia alone. There are 75 cases in Rome city". This was made known by the regional councilor for health, Alessio D'Amato. "The peak of cases is mainly due to infections in Sardinia. Emilia Romagna
52 new cases in Emilia Romagna for a total of 30,626 since the beginning of the epidemic. With a number of tampons equal to 11,184. Of the 52 new cases, nearly half (25) were already in isolation at the time of swab execution and 28 were identified in known outbreaks. Most of the new infections (28) are linked to holidays or returns from abroad. As for the situation in the area, the province with the highest number of cases is Bologna, with 17 new positives of which 6 asymptomatic. More than half of the new cases are related to children under 25 returning from holidays, in Italy (3 cases from Sardinia) or abroad (6 cases from Croatia, 1 from Greece). 

Puglia
Today in Puglia, 2682 tests have been carried out for Covid-19 infection and 20 positive cases have been recorded: 4 in the province of Bari; 4 in the BAT province; 7 in the province of Foggia; 3 in the province of Lecce; 1 in the province of Taranto and 1 from outside the region. No deaths were recorded. 3991 are the patients recovered. 389 are currently positive cases.

Campania
There are 53 new cases of coronavirus positivity that have emerged in the last 24 hours in Campania from the analysis of 2,381 swabs. Of the 53 new cases, 12 are from abroad or are contacts of previous return cases. The total of positives in Campania since the beginning of the emergency is 5,456, while the total swabs examined are 371,608. No coronavirus-related deaths have been recorded in Campania in the last 24 hours, with the total deaths since the beginning of the emergency remaining 440. The Crisis Unit of the Campania Region announces that there are no new healed: the total of 4,345 healed, of which 4,335 completely healed and 10 clinically healed.
