Hancock said: "Large-scale testing and population testing have made it the norm for people to be tested regularly, so that we can restore some freedom. This is a huge project of the current government."
He also said that the national research laboratory is experimenting with new saliva tests. These tests do not need to go to the laboratory and can get results faster.
