According to Lukashenka, border security must be strengthened in order to prevent "militants, weapons, ammunition, money to finance the riots" from other countries to enter Belarus.
“We see this money coming in,” he said.
According to him, "a lot of money is being received, and moreover, openly."
Lukashenko added that the border guards, together with the special services, should participate in cutting off such "financial flows and channels."
Also, the President of Belarus instructed the Ministry of Defense to monitor NATO in Poland and Lithuania.
