The authority is currently developing a comprehensive study and a comprehensive program that includes the best methods and mechanisms that can be followed to conduct the examinations for students, which will start early next week after the completion of the tests of the functional staff, where all students over the age of 12 years will be examined.

The director of the authority, Ali Al Hosani, said: The conduct of these examinations comes in line with the strategies and directions of the authority that is keen on the health and safety of its educational staff and students by providing a safe and healthy educational environment that is at the same time consistent with the precautionary measures and preventive measures adopted by the state.

He stated that the authority has prepared a guide with the approach of the new academic year 2020-2021, which includes a package of policies, preventive measures and precautionary measures, as it was distributed to all private schools in the Emirate of Sharjah to be applied in their schools in preparation for receiving students.

The guide includes the methods of distributing students within the school classrooms, the mechanisms of entry and exit, wearing masks, and sterilizing the hands through the sterilizers that are spread in various school facilities, with the need for schools to maintain sufficient quantities of masks, in addition to the obligation of schools to adhere to the daily sterilization of all their facilities.
