The Swedish European Championship squad will go down to France on Friday 21 August. But the European Road Championships will not be like previous years. Strict restrictions have been issued due to the current corona pandemic.

Cyclists and staff must present a negative corona test six days before the competition, but also another negative test three days before each competition, according to a press release to SVT.

All leaders of the various national team troops must keep a diary of the cyclists' mood during the European Road Championships. There are also requirements for mouth guards in France, therefore cyclists will need to wear mouth guards, with the exception of during the races.
