“In my opinion, it would be useful to create in the country a consolidated working group of representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Union of Journalists of Russia, leading media outlets and specialized NGOs, as well as lawyers and human rights activists,” RIA Novosti quoted Moskalkova as saying.
She noted that such a wide expert composition will allow the group to monitor violations of the rights of Russian and foreign journalists.
