The alarm was received at 22.42 on Saturday night and when the police arrived in the area, two men had been stabbed outside. One of the victims was out resting his dog when he was stabbed. The other was injured when he tried to help, according to police.

The suspected perpetrator, who is in his 25s, was able to be arrested at the scene and arrested later. He has now been arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder.

- I can not go further into the facts, but given the damage picture and other circumstances, it should be classified as attempted murder, says chamber prosecutor Kevin Öksuz.

Unclear motif image

From what has emerged so far, there is no connection between the two victims and the perpetrator.

- We will investigate the motive picture, that is one of the big questions we have - if there is any motive and what it could be in that case, says Kevin Öksuz.

How do you work further in the case?

- We have secured some tracks and there is some oral information. So now technical investigations are being done and interrogations with those involved are being held.

Prosecution must be brought no later than 15 September.
