For example, with regard to the implementation of the municipal-level overall planning of basic medical insurance, it is required to realize the municipal-level overall planning of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 2020, and to realize the municipal-level overall planning of basic medical insurance for employees in 2021. For the scientific and reasonable setting of the reimbursement ratio of different levels of medical institutions, it is clearly required that the reimbursement ratio within the basic medical insurance policy of the first-level medical institution shall not be less than 90% in principle.
