He said that the "Cambodia Daily" is an organ newspaper sponsored by the Cambodian Chinese Council and a newspaper for all overseas Chinese in Cambodia. "Cambodia Daily" adheres to the purpose of running the newspaper, in order to promote Cambodia-China friendship, promote Chinese culture, promote Chinese associations, promote good people and good deeds, and create fair public opinion; help overseas Chinese to master local government laws and regulations, understand local culture, and attract foreign investment; Promoting the development of Chinese education and making its due contribution has been widely praised by all sectors of society.
