On behalf of Lord Fang Qiaosheng, Chairman of the Cambodia-Chinese Council, Lord Zhuang Mingqiang, the rotating chairman of the Cambodia-Chinese Council, expressed his warm congratulations on the 20th anniversary of the publication of the “Cambodia Chinese Daily” at the dinner. He said that the "Cambodia Daily" is an organ newspaper sponsored by the Cambodian Chinese Council and a newspaper for all overseas Chinese in Cambodia. "Cambodia Daily" adheres to the purpose of running the newspaper, in order to promote Cambodia-China friendship, promote Chinese culture, promote Chinese associations, promote good people and good deeds, and create fair public opinion; help overseas Chinese to master local government laws and regulations, understand local culture, and attract foreign investment; Promoting the development of Chinese education and making its due contribution has been widely praised by all sectors of society.

Li Jiegui, deputy director of the "Khmer China Daily" pointed out that 20 years ago, the "Khmer China Daily" was born, marking that we Chinese have since then had our own media mouthpiece, and we can use this information platform to proclaim a loud voice of justice. The number is easy to spring and autumn, twenty years of hard work. Over the past 20 years, the "Khmer China Daily" has undergone continuous coordination and development.
