  While the overall decline in social crime rates in 2020, the number of illegal immigrants and refugees has begun to rise sharply. As of July 31, 2020, a total of 21,618 refugees and illegal immigrants entered the country illegally. Compared with 8,691 in the same period in 2019, the number of illegal immigrants and refugees has increased by 148.7 percent.
