The alarm came just before 17:00 on Sunday evening and both police and ambulance arrived at the accident site. It is still unclear what happened, but the police will write a report of causing bodily harm.
- There are both parents are suspects. We will interrogate them in more detail about what has happened, but they do not seem to have supervised the child, says RLC officer Joel Manner.
The boy, who is 1.5 years old, was taken to hospital, but is relatively well under the circumstances.
- He has pain in his arm, so it is being investigated whether it is broken or if it has jumped out of joint, says Joel Manner.
