Dubai Courts provide court-of-execution services in the new building today

Dubai Courts announced the start of providing services to the execution court, starting today, in the new building of the Labor Court and the Execution Court in Al Aweer, in an effort to facilitate and speed up customer procedures, to achieve the highest levels of happiness through the accuracy and speed of execution of judicial rulings.

The services of the court of execution allow litigants to implement orders, judgments and decisions issued by Dubai courts, rulings of the Dubai Financial Center courts, conciliation minutes and documented documents ratified by the courts, and other papers approved by the courts, and the implementation of foreign judgments issued from outside the country, and judgments issued by establishing the executive formula on Foreign judgments, and the execution of assignments referred to the court from the courts of other Emirates in the country, and from the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council whenever the domicile of the convicted person or his money is located within the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. In addition to the Judicial Enforcement Service that allows litigants to register a file to execute executive bonds by force after they were not executed with consent, and the judicial delegation service that allows litigants to register a delegation file to implement a temporary procedure in Dubai for a decision issued by courts outside the jurisdiction of the emirate through the judicial delegation program, and the sale service Mortgaged money or real estate, which allows the mortgagee to submit a request to the court to sell the mortgaged money in accordance with the mortgage contract in order to fulfill his right from the price of the mortgaged money, and the creditor has the right of lien over the rest of the creditors.

The labor and execution court building consists of five floors, and accommodates more than 300 parking spaces for clients and employees, with eight halls of the first instance court, four rooms for the court of appeal, and two smart rooms.

It includes the services of the labor court and its supporting departments, the execution court, in addition to the execution department, where services will be provided from Sunday to Thursday.
