Guest of the morning of Europe 1, LREM MEP Nathalie Loiseau returned to the measures put in place by European countries to fight against the coronavirus pandemic. She denounces the position of the British government, which has chosen to establish a fortnight for any traveler who arrives in Great Britain from French soil.

INTERVIEW

Since Saturday 4 am, all travelers who wanted to reach the United Kingdom from France have seen their plans upside down: a fortnight is now mandatory. At the microphone of Europe 1, Nathalie Loiseau denounced this measure, taken by the British government. "This puts a lot of people in difficulty," she laments. But above all, says the head of the daughter of LREM MEPs in Brussels, this measure "is not based on scientific data". Thus, Nathalie Loiseau wants the fortnight to be abolished by the British authorities and "that we find fluidity between our two countries". "We know that in France, the circulation of the coronavirus has been much less strong than in the United Kingdom, so this measure had no reason to exist", launches the French MEP at the microphone of Europe 1.
