The unit feels that Chunjing is starting from the overall situation and the research direction it chooses is difficult to win. For more than 20 years, Chunjing has hardly left a mark on the honor book of scientific research achievements, but the many achievements of his organization are of extraordinary significance.
In 2007, a database was urgently needed for optimization design and failure analysis of a certain weapon system. This subject is not very research-oriented, and the main task is to collect, screen, and classify various previous experimental data, which is a lot of manual labor. Chunjing, who has been working on the front line of data processing for a long time, understands that this subject has neither funding guarantees nor technical content, nor does it have the conditions to participate in scientific research awards, but it is essential to the optimal design of weapon systems.
Chunjing took this subject very seriously. For more than 8 months, while performing his job tasks, he checked information, interviews, and records day and night, and only took notes to memorize more than 300,000 words, and finally took out the master teacher system. The two manuscripts that are satisfactory and easy to use by the post staff lay a solid foundation for the optimal design of the weapon system.

In the early spring of 2009, a conversation about the development of national strategic weapons prompted Chunjing to re-select the career coordinates.

In order to speed up the progress of the survey, Chunjing took the technicians and never stopped regardless of wind or snow. In order to save time, Chunjing often rushed to coordinate with positions and related research institutes. Coordination issues during the day and driving at night are his normal work patterns, and the carriage has become his most familiar resting place.
Due to long-term irregular life and rest, Chunjing suffered from acute pancreatitis and was admitted to the hospital. But two days later, his condition just improved, and he insisted on being discharged. On the second day, Chunjing appeared at a coordination meeting in Beijing as scheduled.
In 6 months, Chunjing has almost never slept peacefully. The data collected is how tall one person is. After investigation, demonstration, calculation and deduction, the construction plan was presented as scheduled.
In the National Day military parade in 2019, when the country's heaviest weapon passed Tiananmen Square, Chunjing shed tears of happiness.
