Danilov announced this on his Facebook.

“Unfortunately, the Belarusian authorities made an illegal decision that does not correspond to the spirit of bilateral relations and is an unfriendly step towards Ukraine,” he wrote.

Also, the head of the NSDC said that the decision of Belarus would negatively affect relations between Kiev and Minsk.

On August 14, Belarus handed over to Russia 32 Russians detained at the end of July near Minsk.

Another detained citizen of Russia, who also has Belarusian citizenship, remained on the territory of Belarus.

The Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine also sent a request to Belarus for the extradition of 28 of the 33 Russian citizens detained near Minsk.
